Rules of Engagement

Markat.ai is currently operating as a Private Beta Sandbox designed to support structured testing and feedback for AI products and tools. Access to the platform is limited, curated, and subject to approval. Participation is conditional on compliance with the rules outlined below.
1. Platform Roles
Markat.ai currently supports two primary user roles:
- Developers: Individuals or teams submitting AI tools or products for testing and feedback.
- Testers: Approved users who evaluate AI tools and provide structured feedback.
Users may hold more than one role, subject to approval.
2. Application and Approval
- All users must apply and be approved by Markat.ai administrators.
- Approval is discretionary and may be revoked at any time.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
- Provide honest, accurate, and constructive information.
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose.
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality.
- Refrain from harassment, spam, manipulation, or abuse.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Misrepresentation of identity, skills, or product ownership.
- Copying, reselling, or redistributing tools or feedback without permission.
- Attempting to game ratings, tokens, or approval mechanisms.
- Uploading malicious, illegal, or harmful software.
4. Developer Responsibilities
Developers must:
- Own or have the legal right to submit the AI product.
- Provide clear instructions and access details for testing.
- Accept that feedback may be critical and is not guaranteed to be positive.
- Acknowledge that Markat.ai does not validate commercial viability or legal compliance.
5. Tester Responsibilities
Testers must:
- Provide genuine, experience-based feedback.
- Follow testing instructions provided by the developer.
- Avoid sharing tools or access credentials externally.
- Disclose conflicts of interest when relevant.
6. Feedback and Ratings
- Feedback reflects individual tester opinions.
- Markat.ai does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes.
- Ratings and feedback may be moderated or removed at admin discretion.
7. Enforcement
Markat.ai reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts.
- Remove content or submissions.
- Restrict access without prior notice.
8. MVP Status
Markat.ai is currently in Private Beta Sandbox mode.
Features, rules, and workflows may change without notice.
